An account is for people aged 18 and over. The memorial itself can be opened by a younger visitor, without an account.
Whoever uploads content states that they have the right to do so: photos, recordings, music, and text. You are responsible for content that does not infringe copyright, privacy, or a person's reputation.
Ordering a figure or a voice includes a statement that you are an authorized family member, and that there is consent to use the photograph and the voice of the person who died. The figure is labeled as made with artificial intelligence, and it speaks only approved text.
Do not upload abusive or inciting content, sexual content involving a minor, or an imitation of a person without a label and without consent. We may remove content and close a memorial when a substantiated report arrives.
An engraved plaque or stone is installed only after the burial society or the cemetery agrees. Stickers and a wooden board are sent home. Delivery depends on production, and for a plaque or stone also on permission, usually four to eight weeks after permission.
The prices on the plans page are the final price. VAT is not added, because the business is exempt.
Every plan is a yearly subscription covering twelve months from payment. There is no automatic renewal and no charge you did not ask for: we send a reminder a month before the year ends. If it is not renewed, the memorial closes to visitors and is kept closed for another twelve months, during which you can renew or export everything.
Renewal is possible in the last sixty days of the year, and the new year begins when the current one ends. Upgrading to a higher plan is possible at any time: you pay the difference between the prices for the days left in the year, and the end date does not change. Moving to a lower plan happens at renewal, after the year ends.
