A distance contract can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving a product, or of making the contract for a service, under Israel's Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010.
The cancellation fee is 5% of the price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

A product made specially for you, such as a plaque engraved with a name, may not be cancellable after production or installation has started, if you were told so in advance.
Work already done with your consent, such as an interview, editing, or preparing a figure, is charged for the part that was done.
If the digital service has not started, the refund is the full price minus the legal cancellation fee.
The refund is made by the same means of payment, within 14 days of the cancellation notice and of the return of a physical product if there is one.
Payment on the site is made on a secure PayPlus page, and the refund is made through them too, to the same card or Bit account.
